So I got this epic Meme I (foolishly) decided to do. So instead of feeling bad for not doing it every day, I desided to designate Mondays as Meme Mondays just so I can get through the damn thing. Because there are days when I really just don't want to bother doing a meme.
So Meme Monday begins today, damnit.
I also decided that October (Which is my favorite month) Is going to mark the begining of Photo Fall (see all these snappy names I'm coming up with?! I'm so clever!...Okay, beat me now.). Anyways, I figured that with so many things happening between October and December (Great Western War, Rob's Wedding, Halloween, Max and my Aniversary, Thanksgiving, and so on and so on...) that I really should start training myself to not only record some of these moments on film but to actually post and share...instead of being a lazy butt like I have been.
So to recap, we have the beginings of Meme Monday and Photo Fall today. Lets see how committed I remain to this.

Day 05 – Your definition of love
You know, there are a LOT of versions of love out there. Love for a significant other, Love for your child, love for your family and friends. And each one feels vastly different from the other. At least in my experience it does. But I'm going to assume that this is more directed towards love for your significant other.
Love, for me at least, isn't really all about the passion. Now I love my romance novels as the next gal but there is so much more to love than just the excitement, passion, and romance that these books capture...not that those factors don't play a big part in it all, because they do. It may be better if I just create a laundry list of what I think love contains. As trite as that seems, yes. But I'm a artist, not a writer. So there you go.

Someone who loves you..

truly gets what you're about and doesn't want to change that.
laughs with you ...and maybe occasionally at you but not in a malicious manner.
isn't afraid to tell you when you're screwing up. But in turn also helps you fix the problem
may be annoyed with your quirks at times but accepts them because the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.
teases you and can take a good teasing because they know (and you know) that there is no hate behind it.
holds your hair when you're puking.
doesn't trivialize your anxiety, sadness, or anger. But stays rational when you are not.
enjoys sitting in silence with you for a long amount of time.
doesn't mind doing those small things for you, like washing your socks or putting those dishes in the sink.
will attempt to fix your computer.
thinks that your laugh isn't as obnoxious as you think it is.
is amused by your wacky hobbies.
makes you giggle like a schoolgirl.
gives you that warm feeling in your chest whenever they say "I love you".
tries to NOT make your life difficult.
is a generous lover.
will give you an honest oppinion.
still plays a rousing game of 'grab ass' even after being together with you for years.
tries to surprise you on occasion.
lets you know how attractive you are to them verbally or non verbally.
is willing to compromise.
stands beside you when things are rough.
also will try to make those rough times as plesant as possible with a smile, a joke, or a hug.
thinks in terms of "us" instead of "me" when it comes to the big decisions.
keeps their identity separate from yours.
does not own you...though on occasion its fun to tell them "I own your ass!" for comedy's sake.
isn't threatened by your success but instead revels in it.
thinks you're beautiful.
