A Fabulous Recap

I have been horrible with keeping up on my fabulous entries haven't I? Well most of them are kinda  low keyed so I didn't feel the need to blast to the world. So a quick highlight of the fabulosity:

• I've been playing around with my make up lately and just taking time to do some more stuff with my eyes. Trying different colors of eye shadow and lip color. Nothing to the point of drag queen but taking the time to do my make up has really given me a "pretty" pick me up.
• When out to drinks with Gabe last night. I haven't hung out with him since before the wedding so we had LOTS to catch up on. We went to Lei Lounge in University Hights. AWESOME restaraunt/bar with great drinks and fantastic cheviche. Had a blast putting on my pretty non work clothes and drinks in a cabana in the rain.
• Max and I managed to rototill half of the back yard! Woo!  The crappy ass lawn is now almost all history and its just clean turned earth at the moment. Max planted a pomogranate tree, a blood orange tree, and a lime tree...unfortunately it looks like the lime tree didn't survive the storm but the other two are going strong! We also put down a flasgstone path that leads from our patio to the deck and hot tub area. We planted some clover around it which will probably be springing up soon. One more step closer to our mediterrenian garden!!  Our herb garden is now HUGE. We've been slowly collecting herbs and the raised bed is getting close to being full.  Come spring time its going to look beautiful!
• Got our table for Anime Expo Artist Alley. Shing and I are plotting on selling Dollfie things and possibly attempting to make Dollfie dress forms. This may get messy.
• Had a KICK ASS party last night at Chateau de Nom Nom! Nothing wild and crazy, just a good time with good friends and some drinks...of course the people sitting in the hot tub in the rain? Yeah, Perhaps they were a little 3 shades to the wind...and perhaps I took great entertainment watching them. *LOL* Awesome time. Oh and strawberries and frangelico FTW!!

Tonight I'm going to do mellow things...VERY mellow things. and hoepfully I can get the Cheateau in shape for my mom and dad's visit this week. REALLY excited to see mom and pop.:)

I just got some free sample of their eye shadow (strip tease and copper penny) and I really like it! The pigments are pure and their colors are nice and blend great. I'm thinking of picking up a couple colors.
